摘 要:为克服传统纱线条干均匀度检测方法的不足,提出一种基于改进平滑滤波和均匀性度量算法的纱线条干均匀度检测方法.搭建纱线图像采集系统进行采样,采用改进平滑滤波方法对纱线图像进行滤波,经由均匀性度量算法二值化分割,最后通过区域滤波和模板滤波得到完整清晰的纱线条干二值图像,基于此计算纱线直径、分析条干均匀度和判定纱线疵点.结果表明,该方法得到的结果与Uster Classimat 5的测量结果具有较好的一致性,因此,所提出的纱线条干均匀度的检测方法是可行的.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional yarn evenness detection methods,a method based on improved smoothing filter and uniformity measurement algorithm is proposed.The yarn image acquisition system is set up for sampling and the improved smoothing method is used to filter the yarn image.The binary image is segmented by the uniformity measurement algorithm.Finally,the complete and clear binary image of yarn stem is obtained by region filtering and template filtering.Based on the obtained image,the yarn diameter and yarn evenness is calculated and the yarn defect is judged.Research indicates that the results of the proposed method have a good consistency with the Uster Classimat 5 and it is proved that the proposed method is feasible.
