摘 要:为了揭示液滴沉积变形的机理,采用流体体积(Volume of fluid,VOF)法,建立织物表面单个液滴沉积变形数值模型,分析液滴碰撞过程和渗透过程中内部流场的变化.在模拟的基础上,利用高速摄像机观测液滴形态的变化并与模拟结果进行对比.结果表明,液滴边缘气液相界面处受到周围气体的作用会产生"漩涡"现象,并不断在液滴边缘与对称轴之间移动,改变液滴内部液体的流动方向;通过分析模拟得到的液滴内部流场,得到液滴流场的变化是决定其形态变化的本质,流场变化和液滴形态变化一致,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好.In order to reveal the mechanism of deformation of droplet deposition,with the fluid volume(Volume of Fluid,VOF)method,the numerical model of single droplet deposition deformation on the fabric surface is established,and the changes are analyzed in droplet collision and penetration process of internal flow field.On the basis of simulations,the high-speed cameras are used to observe changes of the droplet form,and the results are compared with the simulation.The results show that gas-liquid interface at the edge of the droplet by the action of the ambient gas will have a "vortex" phenomenon,and motion occurs between the edge of the droplet and the symmetry axis,changing the direction of flow of the liquid inside the droplet.Through the analysis of simulated droplet internal flow field,the changes in droplet flow field determine the nature of its morphological changes,and it is consistent with the droplet morphology,revealing the mechanism of the droplet deformation.The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.
