摘  要:为使榫头加工达到形状准确、尺寸精确、表面质量高精度的要求,对榫头现有的加工方案进行优化;通过金属切削实验获得刀具三个方向切削力实验数据,使用回归分析原理求解出精加工刀具承受的最大切削力和表面粗糙度的经验公式,采用多目标优化方式得到刀具最优切削参数,利用vericut对程序进行刀路、过切、碰撞检查,PM软件对程序加工效率进行优化,最终得到一套合理高效的加工方案。In order to make the tenon processing achieve accurate shape, accurate size and high - precision surface quality, this paper optimizes the maching solution of the tenon. The tool cutting force experimental data of three directions is acquired through the metal cutting experiments. The experience formula of the bearable maximal cutting force of the finishing tool and the surface roughness is solved with the regression analysis theory, the optimal cutting parameters is got by the multi-objective optimization methods, the program of the tool path, overcut, collision is checked by vericut, and the processing efficiency of the program is optimized by PM. A set of reasonable and efficient processing solution is obtained at last.
