摘 要:随着地面管线工艺流程的简化设计,环、树状流程的应用。采出井回油压力因原油黏度增加、管径变细等原因不断升高,机采井的平均回油压力由原来的0.3 MPa左右升至了0.7~0.9 MPa。在实际生产中发现回油压力对油井的能耗及产液量造成了很大影响,回压升高后单井能耗升高、产液明显下降。因此,为保证抽油机井系统低能耗合理运行,井口回压应控制在0.7 MPa以下。通过理论和现场试验研究确定了机采井井口回压的合理界限,为以后合理降回压,降低生产能耗,提高油井产量有重要意义。As the simplified design of ground pipeline process and application of ring-type and tree-type flow, the return pressure of production wells is rising because of increased crude oil viscosity and thinner pipeline diameter, and the average return pressure of mechanical production wells increases from 0.3 MPa to 0.7~0.9 MPa. It is found in actual production that return pressure has a big effect on energy consumption and liquid production capacity of oil Wells. After return pressure increasing, energy consumption increases and liquid production capacity decreases obviously for the single well. Therefore, in order to ensure reasonable operation and low energy consumption of the pumping unit system, the wellhead return pressure should be controlled below 0.7MPa. Through theoretical and field experimental study, reasonable limits of wellhead return pressure of mechanical production wells are determined, which has important meaning for decreasing return pressure reasonably, decreasing production energy consumption and increasing production for oil well.
