摘　　要：为推进石油天然气生产企业节能减排技术推广,通过大庆油田工程实际范例,详细阐述了石油、天然气生产企业油田伴生气回收过程中碳减排项目开发的整体过程,对项目的减排背景、减排开发机制、程序及关键环节进行了论述,对开发的关键环节包括项目使用条件、基准线的确定、额外性论述、减排量的计算及项目监测计划等进行了分析,为今后石油天然气生产行业同类项目的碳减排开发提供了良好的范例,具有重要的实践指导意义。In order to improve the technology in energy-saving emission reduction of oil and natural gas production enterprises, the carbon emission reduction project on the recycle process of associated gas in the oil and natural gas production plant was introduced by the examples of Daqing Oilfield Limited Corporation. The background, mechanic and procedure have been discussed. The key issues have been analyzed including application condition, baseline decision, discussion on additionality, emission reduction amount calculation and monitoring plan. It has provided a good exam-ple for the emission reduction project development for the oil and natural gas production enterprises. Moreover, it has the extensive applicability and practical significance.
