摘　　要：大管桩管节原预制工艺须采用国外进口设备,复合工艺成型,设备复杂,不适合现场施工。为简化施工设备、降低施工成本、提高工程质量,研发一种管节真空吸水新工艺,用简便的设备生产出合格的大直径管桩管节,为大管桩管节预制开辟了新路径。The original large pipe pile joint precast technology has to use imported equipment and combined forming process. The complex equipment is not suitable for site construction. In order to simplify the construction equipment, reduce the construction cost and improve the engineering quality, we develop a new water absorption technology under the vacuum process, by which, qualified large pipe pile joint is produced by simple production process.
