摘　　要：H型高血压是伴有同型半胱氨酸升高的原发性高血压，占我国高血压人群的大部分。同型半胱氨酸升高与高血压对心脑血管的损害具有协同作用。本文从H型高血压的流行病学、病因、发病机制、危害、药物治疗等方面进行综述。H-type hypertension is a type of essential hypertension associated with high homocysteine for the majority of patients with hypertension in China. High homocysteine level and hypertension are synergistic risk factors of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviewed epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, harm and drug treatment of H-type hypertension.
