摘  要:在知识经济时代,随着渔业科学技术和经济活动的不断发展,渔业专利逐渐成为体现我国渔业核心竞争力的重要资源。理清全球主要国家(地区)渔业专利几十年来的现状,探讨其发展趋势,对促进我国渔业发展而言,具有重要意义。本文基于德温特专利数据库构建了渔业领域专利文献检索策略,基于汤森路透集团(Thomson Reuter)提供的Thomson Innovation(简称TI)专利分析平台获取了1996~2015年的渔业专利数据,并使用Excel软件处理和统计获得了渔业专利数据,同时对渔业领域的专利文献对近20年渔业专利总量、渔业专利年度分布、国别(地区)特点、专利类型等进行了分析。研究发现:近20年(1996年1月1日至2015年12月31日)渔业专利总量为117 719条;渔业专利数量每年持续增加,在2014年达到峰值;渔业领域专利在传统水产养殖技术、捕捞、水产品加工方面布局广泛;通过对专利类型进行分析,发明专利占了绝对优势。In the era of knowledge economy, with the continuous development of fishery science and technology and economic activities,fishery patent has gradually become an important resource of fishery core competitiveness. It is important to clarify the status quo of fishery patents in major countries(regions) in the past decades aroud the world and explore their development trends,which is of great significance to the promotion of fishery development in China. Based on the Derwent innovations index,patent search strategies were constructed. Based on Thomson Innovation provided by Thomson Reuter,the fishery patent data were obtained from 1996 to 2015 by software processing and statistics. Meanwhile,fishery patent distribution,national(regional) characteristics,patent types in the past 20 years were analyzed. According to the statistics,the number of fishery patents in the past 20 years( from January 1^(st),1996 to December 31^(st),2015) was117 719. The number of fishery patents kept increasing every year and reached the peak in 2014. Patents in fisheries were widely distributed in traditional aquaculture techniques, fishing and aquatic products processing; by patent type analysis,the invention patent had an absolute advantage numerically.
