中国文化事业评价及其发展趋势研究

摘　　要：文化事业是社会公共事业的有机组成部分,是我国精神文明建设的重要内容。为了更好的评价文化事业发展状态,指引我国文化事业的发展方向,本文构建由文化投入、文化产出、文化消费、文化素质、文化设施及服务、文化生产力等准则构成的评价指标体系,并利用2005~2014年相关数据,结合熵值法和趋势外推法对我国文化事业发展状态和发展趋势进行评价。结果表明,我国的文化事业综合发展状态处于不断提升的的良好态势,但内部各建设领域呈现一定的背离现象;趋势外推表明文化事总体发展将在一定时期内延续上升趋势,但各领域的背离现象将会越发严重。未来我国文化事业的发展应集中在完善文化事业发展的内部结构,促进各文化领域协同进步,实现文化事业的可持续发展。Culture undertakings are the important part of the construction of spiritual civilization in our country, which are the integral part of the social public service. In order to better evaluation the development of cultural undertakings state, guide the direction for the development of cultural undertaking of our country, the evaluation index system was builded ,which constructed by investment in culture, cultural production, cuhural consumption, cultural quality, cultural facilities and services, cultural productivity .This paper combined with the entropy method and trend extrapolation method to evaluate China＇s cultural undertakings development status and development trend by use of 2005-2014 years data. Results show that China＇s cultural undertakings comprehensive development state is in the continuous upgrading, but the construction fields which constructed it have some deviation; trend extrapolation show that cultural undertakings overall development will be continued upward within a certain period, but the deviation phenomenon will become more and more serious. In the future, the development of our country＇s cultural undertakings should focus on improving the internal structure of the development of cultural undertakings, promoting the coordinated development of various cuhural fields, and realizing the sustainable development of the cultural undertakings.
