摘　　要：农地股份合作制配套改革的关键在于确保农地的公有制性质、保障农民的自主选择权、保证农地农用,加强顶层设计、破除发展的"中梗阻"、严惩腐败行为,处理好农地股份合作社与村"两委"、基层政府、其他市场经济主体之间的关系。The key of land sharing cooperative system reform is to ensure the public ownership of land, guarantee the right to choose, to ensure farmers＇ agricultural land, strengthen top -level design, get rid of the obstruction, punish corruption, handle the relationship between the rural land stock cooperative unit and village＂ two committees＂ ,local government and other market economic bodies.
