摘　　要：组织机构代码在法律手续审批工作中具有重要的意义,随着"三证合一"登记制度的改革推进,18位统一社会信用代码将逐步替代原来的9位组织机构代码,该项改革对法律手续审查工作带来了一定的影响。The organization code certificate plays an important role in patent procedures examination. As the reform of registration system, ＂the business license, the organization code certificate and the certificate of taxation registration＂ were integrated into one certification named ＂unified social credit code＂ with 18 numbers. The new ＂unified social credit code＂ will substitute for the former organization code certificate with 9 numbers, which brings some influence on patent procedure examination. The article analyzes the influence by the integration and provides some available solution advice.
