摘 要:热膜耦合海水淡化系统比单独采用热法海水淡化系统或膜法海水淡化系统,更具有经济优势。依据热膜耦合海淡系统的构成方式,分析了海淡系统在各种耦合方式下的运行成本,建立了反渗透海水淡化和低温多效蒸发海水淡化的计算模型。通过物料平衡和能量平衡的计算,推荐了优化后的热膜耦合方式,为热膜耦合海淡系统的方案设计和运行,提供数值依据。Thermal membrane hybrid desalination system is considered a good economic alternative to either of these two processes when operated individually. On the basis of the method of the formation of the thermal membrane hybrid desalination system, the operation cost of the desalination system under different hybrid modes is analyzed, the calculation model of seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) and multi effect distillation (MED) desalination is established. Based on the calculation of material balance and energy balance, the optimized thermal membrane hybrid method is recommended, the data basis is provided for the design and operation of the thermal membrane hybrid desalination system.
