摘　　要：采用100吨氧气转炉-LF精炼-方坯连铸工艺生产优质硬线钢，通过生产跟踪与总结，将降低硫、磷等有害元素含量、严格控制钢的成分偏析和钢中夹杂物的形态及数量作为钢种生产控制的难点和重点并进行持续优化，实现铸坯质量的稳定提高，较好满足了加工材用户的质量要求。High quality hard wire steel is produced with lOOt basic oxygen furnace （BOF） - ladle furnace refining （LF） - billet continuous casting （CC）. On the basis of production process tracking and summarizing, reduction of harmful elements such as sulfur, phosphorous, etc and control of composition segregation and morphology and quantity of inclusions in steel are considered as difficult and key points during production process and optimized continuously to stabilize and enhance quality of billet and meet requirements of steel processors.
