从社会组织的视角看云南壮剧民间戏班的性质

摘　　要：云南壮剧民间戏班不同于其他戏曲剧种的戏班。从社会组织的视角考察发现,这些戏班不以营利为目的,其出发点在于维系和增进村庄的公共利益——丰富村庄文化娱乐生活、争取政府资源注入、为村庄请神敬神驱邪祈福等。从运作机制看,支持戏班运作的经费来源均具有公共性,演职人员的遴选注重维护村庄的公共利益和塑造村庄的公共形象,戏班在开展活动时必须融通整合村庄各方势力。因此,云南壮剧民间戏班是一种非营利性的村庄自利公益型社会组织,是一种民族传统文化类的社会组织。Yunnan Zhuang drama troupes are different from other troupes. These troupes are nonprofit organization whose purpose is to maintain and improve village public interests — enrich village cultural life, win over governmental investment, invite, worship God, drive out evils and ask for happiness seen from social organization view. Seen from its operation, the expenditure comes from the public, the selection of performers takes village interests and public profi le into consideration and it integrates each involver’s benefi t. Therefore, Yunnan Zhuang drama troupes are a nonprofi t social organization and national, cultural and social organization.
