摘 要:为探索粘质沙雷氏菌对重金属U(Ⅵ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的耐受性,考察不同浓度的单一重金属及混合重金属条件下粘质沙雷氏菌的生长情况,并初步研究电子供体乙醇的添加对粘质沙雷氏菌去除Cr(Ⅵ)的影响,同时采用SEM-EDX技术分析粘质沙雷氏菌与Cr(Ⅵ)作用后形貌及元素组成的变化。试验结果表明:粘质沙雷氏菌对单一重金属Co(Ⅱ)、U(Ⅵ)及其混合重金属耐受性较强,当Co(Ⅱ)和U(Ⅵ)-Co(Ⅱ)的浓度≤50mg/L时均能促进粘质沙雷氏菌的生长,且菌浓度最大增加量分别为12.3%和19.9%;在150mg/L U(Ⅵ)浓度下,粘质沙雷氏菌生长良好;Cr(Ⅵ)对粘质沙雷氏菌的生物毒性表现较强,当Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度为10mg/L时,粘质沙雷氏菌生长便受到抑制,乙醇的添加略提升了粘质沙雷氏菌对Cr(Ⅵ)的耐受能力和去除作用;SEX-EDX分析显示,粘质沙雷氏菌与Cr(Ⅵ)作用的机理主要是细胞分泌物与Cr(Ⅵ)的结合。To provide evidence for microbial remediation to metal pollution,this paper explores the tolerance of Serratia marcescens to U(Ⅵ),Co(Ⅱ)and Cr(Ⅵ).The paper studies the growth of Serratia marcescens under different concentrations of heavy metals in single and mixed conditions,and preliminarily investigates the influence of ethanol as an electron donor on Serratia marcescens removing Cr(Ⅵ).The paper also uses Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy(SEM-EDX)to analyze the change of the morphology and elemental composition after the reaction of Serratia marcescens with Cr(Ⅵ).The results show that Serratia marcescens has strong tolerence to single heavy metal of Co(Ⅱ),U(Ⅵ)and their mixed heavy metals;when the concentration of Co(Ⅱ),U(Ⅵ)-Co(Ⅱ)is less than 50mg/L,the growth of Serratia marcescens can be promoted,and the maximum increase of the bacterial concentration is 12.3% and 19.9%respectively;when the U(Ⅵ)concentration is 150mg/L,Serratia marcescens grows well.Serratia marcescens performs strong biological toxicity to Cr(Ⅵ);when the Cr(Ⅵ)concentration is 10mg/L,the Serratia marcescens growth is inhibited;the addition of ethanol improves the tolerance and removal rate of Serratia marcescens to Cr(Ⅵ)slightly.SEX-EDX results show that the reaction mechanism of Serratia marcescens and Cr(Ⅵ)is mainly the combination of cell secretions and Cr(Ⅵ).
