摘 要:随着国家对清洁能源产业的重视程度不断提高,煤层气勘探开发力度将逐渐增大,小型常规钻机必将大量应用。文章对ZJ20/1350机械钻机在不同工况下柴油机的输出功率及各负荷设备功率消耗情况的分析,阐述了该钻机柴油机的负荷率及剩余功率情况,详细证明了引进节能发电机利用钻机剩余功率进行发电的可行性。此外,对节能发电机的选型及现场实际效果进行了分析并从投资成本、运营成本两个方面论证了在节能、降耗、降低成本等方面节能发电机的显著优越性。With increasing national attention on clean energy industry,coalbed methane development will become more and more,small conventional drilling rigs will be largely used. In the paper analysis is made on the output power of the diesel engine under different working conditions and the power consump-tion of each electric load equipment on the ZJ20/1350 mechanical drilling rig. The load ratings of diesel engines and the rig's remaining power are described,proving it's feasible to introduce the energy-saving generators to make full use of drilling rig's remaining power to generate power. The engine model and field application were discussed and the advantages of the energy-saving generators in energy saving,consumption reduction,and cost reduction were verified from the aspects of investment costs and operating costs.
