摘　　要：目的了解黔东南州免疫规划工作开展情况,找出薄弱环节,为制定有关策略和对策提供科学依据。方法通过现场调查采用综合分析方法,对2014年黔东南州免疫规划工作实施、人员和经费保障、免疫规划监测指标、现场调查接种率和儿童预防接种信息系统报告接种率等有效地对免疫规划工作质量进行考核。结果我州16县(市)免疫规划工作运作良好,综合评审得分均达90分以上,但政府经费投入和人员配置不足,加强接种合格接种率偏低,查验接种证补种率低,儿童预防接种信息系统的管理欠缺,疫苗及冷链管理混乱。结论落实免疫规范保障措施,经费保障和人员投入,加强业务人员综合培训,是提升免疫规划工作的关键。Objective to learn the progress of immunization program in Qiandongnan Prefecture and find out the gap in the process,in order to provide scientific basis for making relevant strategies and countermeasures.Methods onsite investigation and comprehensive analysis were carried out on the implementation,personnel and expenditure guarantee,monitoring indexes of immunization program,immunization coverage rate from onsite investigation and the immunization coverage rate reported in Children Immunization Information Management System related to Qiandongnan Prefecture ’ s immunization program work in 2014,so as to effectively examine the quality of immunization program work.Results immunization program working in the 16 counties（cities） in our prefecture was carried out soundly;the scores from comprehensive review were all above 90.However,the government s expenditure and staffing were insufficient;the qualification rate of booster inoculation was low;the renewed immunization rate was low according to immunization certificate inspection;the management for Children Immunization Information Management System was incompetent;and the management for vaccines and cold chain was disordered.Conclusion the key to improving immunization program work includes the follows：ensuring the guarantee measures for immunization program,guaranteeing the expenditure and personnel,and reinforcing comprehensive trainings for personnel.
