摘　　要：目的通过组织实验室水样氟化物质控考核工作,了解所辖基层实验室测定氟化物的技术能力和水平,以更好地制定技术指导和培训方案,提高全市疾控实验室的检测水平。方法使用有证氟化物标准贮备液稀释配制成3个不同浓度水平的质控样品,抽取样品进行均匀性和稳定性考察,判定是否符合能力验证和质控样品的要求。随机发放样品给各个实验室,要求依照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中相应的方法检测;测定结果用标准值±不确定度评价法进行评价,分为满意、不满意两种结论。结果经过对3个不同浓度质控样品的均匀性和稳定性检验和评价,符合能力验证比对样品的要求,可以作为质控样品进行实验室能力评价。此次对全市11家疾控实验室水样氟化物质控考核中,结果满意率91%;通过仔细查看上报的技术资料,发现不少细节问题需要注意。结论利用有证标准贮备液在实验室内可根据需要制备多个浓度水平的质控样品,与单一浓度水平相比,可以有效起到区分作用并达到验证能力的目的;本次结果考核满意率较高,但部分实验室人员的基础理论知识和实际应用能力有待提高。Objective In order to verify the water fluoride analysis abilities of laboratories and to make measures of guiding and training,we organized water fluoride quality control examination activities among the centers for disease control and prevention affiliated to Zhengzhou city.Method Three levels of water fluoride samples were prepared using the certificated standard stock solution.The uniformity and stability of the samples were studied to evaluate if these samples need the necessary of quality control.The quality control water samples were distributed randomly and needed to be determinated according to the book of Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water.The test results of the samples were evaluated using the method of reference value±uncertainty and were divided into satis faction and unsatis faction.Result The test and statistical processing results demonstrated that the uniformity of the samples was satisfactory,the concentration of the samples was stable throughout all the peiriod of quality control.The organized fluoride quality control examination activities were effective and the submitted results could be the basis for labortory ability evaluation.The satis faction rate of water fluoride test results was 91%.There were a lot of flaws in the submitted technology data to be noted and corrected.Conclusion It was very useful to prepare multi-level quality control samples using certificated standard solution according to reality demand,and was helpful to differ different abilities easily comparing to the quality control samples with single concentration.The satisfaction rate of the results was satisfactory,but some laboratory workers need to study basic theories and specialty knowledge seriously to raise their practice abilities.
