摘  要:随着井控教学的发展,建设模拟井喷井组来替代普通实验井平台将成为各大油田培训中心的必备设施。文章对模拟井喷的相关条件进行了理论分析,选用Opto22 SNAP I/O控制系统为控制核心及相关电气设备,在此基础上设计了控制程序及组态,形成了具体的实验井建设方案。经现场使用结果表明,新型井控培训控制系统提高了整体工作效率,为技术人员的培训工作提供了极大的便捷,具备成为科学研究平台的资格。Along with the development of the well control teaching, build the simulation of the well group to replace the ordinary experimental well platform will become the essential facilitiesin the major oil field training center. In this paper, we analyzed the relevant conditions of the blowout simulation, chose the Opto22 SNAP I/O control system as the control core and some electrical equipments. On this basis, the control program and configuration are designed, thus the construction scheme of concrete experimental wells is formed.. The results show that the new well control training system has improved the overall working efficiency, provides a great convenience for the technical personel in the training, and could become a platform for scientific research.
