摘　　要：该文结合某公司丙烯腈生产过程工艺特点,应用APC-Adcon高级多变量鲁棒预测控制软件,开发实施丙烯腈生产过程先进控制系统,实现对丙烯腈生产过程合成单元和精馏单元的精细化控制,确保装置长期在最佳状态下优化运行,改善产品质量,降低能耗。Combine with process feature of the acrylonitrile productive process,applies the APC-Adcon advanced multi- variable robust predictive control software.Advanced control system of acrylonitrile productive process is developed. It finely controls synthesis and distillation production process of the acrylonitrile ,ensures the long-term optimal operation in the best condition,improve product quality,reduce energy consumption.
