摘 要:为提高用于花生播种机的内侧充种式精密排种器的排种质量,降低排种器对种子破碎率的影响,探寻最佳的排种器工作参数组合。基于JPS-12型排种器试验台,采用三元二次正交旋转组合试验设计的方法,以排种轮转速、复式型孔充种孔长度、护种板起始角大小为试验因素,破碎率为试验指标,鲁花11号花生种子为试验对象进行了试验研究。运用DPS软件对试验数据进行了方差分析,结果表明,破碎率影响显著性顺序依次为护种板起始角大小、排种轮转速、复式型孔充种孔长度。运用Matlab软件对数学模型进行了参数优化,得出最佳参数组合为:排种轮转速38 r/min、复式型孔充种孔长度35 mm、护种板起始角大小22°,此时的破碎率为0.65%。试验验证结果表明,理论值与试验值差值为0.06%,最佳参数组合下的破碎率低于花生播种要求。In order to improve the seeding results of inside-filling precision metering device of peanut seeder, reduce the influences of metering device on the breaking rate, and find the optimal parameters combination of metering device. The quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experiment of three factors were carried out with the rotate speed of seed plate, the length of filling hole and the angle of protecting seed as experimental factors, the breaking rate as experimental index, using Luhua 11 peanut seed as research object, and based on JPS-12 metering apparatus for testing station. The regression equation was obtained and significance analysis was carried out by using the DPS software. Results show that the order of their effectiveness to the breaking rate was as follows: the angle of protecting seed, the rotate speed of seed plate and the length of filling hole. The parameter optimization of the mathematical model by using the Matlab software. Results show that the rotate speed of seed plate of 38 r/min, the length of filling hole of 35 mm, angle of protecting seed of 22° were the best combination factors, which leaded to the breaking rate of 0.65%. The experimental results of verification showed that the difference between theoretical and experimental were 0.06%, and the breaking rate of optimal parameter combinations is lower than the requirement of peanut precision seeding.
