The Silk Road of the Han and the Tang Dynasty is an important research on cultural exchange between China and the West. China had frequent cultural exchanges with Baekje, Silla and Gaya during middle ages, and over 20 pieces of glassware were unearthed. These glass containers were found in important relics and royal tombs, which indicates the owners of these glassware were restricted to a certain class of nobility. According to the related spots and communication between China and Korean Peninsula, some glassware was believed to be made in China, and others made in Central Asia and West Asia. And they were used in Korean Peninsula through China.
