摘 要:目的探索并深入了解面部选择性整形患者的审美认知及对手术效果的真实体验。方法 2016年1-6月,采用目的抽样法选择南京市某三级甲等医院16例行面部整形手术患者为研究对象。采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法及Nvivo8.0软件对转录资料进行分析。结果面部选择性整形患者审美认知及手术前后的真实体验包括5个主题:(1)自我认知和社会心理因素共同影响审美观;(2)手术风险认知不足;(3)家属不认同整形手术;(4)术后焦虑情绪高于术前;(5)术后心理幸福感体验不一致。结论医护人员应关注此类患者的心理状态,加强与患者的沟通,积极采取针对性措施,减轻或消除患者的不良情绪。Objective To explore and understand the aesthetic perception of facial plastic surgery and the real experience of the operation.Methods By using purposive sampling method,16 cases were selected,and investigated by semi-structure interview.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Five themes were extracted:patients'aesthetic perception were influenced by both self-cognition and social psychological;young patients were not aware of the risk of surgery;families held a low approval ratings toward surgery;the anxiety of patients was higher than that before operation;psychological well-being of patients was not consistent.Conclusions The medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status of patients and strengthen the communication with patients,and actively take targeted measures to reduce or eliminate the negative mood of patients.
