摘　　要：参考美军装备维修实行合同商保障模式,从我军军事装备维修合同商保障的运作流程入手,根据流程中所涉及的多种影响因素,从军队和地方合同商两个风险客体进行风险分析,针对性提出完善法规标准体系、推进理论实践探索、打造共享信息平台、加强人员战备训练等4个方面的防范措施,以满足各类军事任务的需求,达到互惠共赢的目的。Referring to contractor support of equipment maintenance in American army, the paper firstly introduces the op- eration procedure of contractor support in our army. Then, it analyzes the risk from military and civil contractor according to the influencing factors in the procedure. Finally, it puts forward some precautions to meet the demand of various military tasks from following 4 aspects： completing legal system, promoting theoretical and practical exploration, building information-sharing platform, and strengthening personnel training.
