甲午战败的国防文化反思

摘　　要：甲午战败虽有多方面原因,但根源是国防文化的衰败。为使军队铭记屈辱历史、汲取惨痛教训,更好地推进新形势下的国防文化建设,从落后的国防思想文化决定了清军未战先败、淡薄的国防观念文化导致了军事上的惨败、没落的国防经济文化引起了清末国防衰败等3个方面对甲午战败进行深刻的国防文化反思。The root cause of the failure in Sino-Japanese war is the decline of national defense culture. In order to remember humiliating history and learn painful lessons, and to promote the construction of national defense culture, the paper elaborates cultural reflections of national defense in the failure of Sino-Japanese war from following 3 aspects ： backward national defense culture decides the failure before war, weak national defense concept leads to military failure, and declining national defense economic culture pushes the national defense of late Qing Dynasty into degradation.
