摘　　要：目的探讨医院急诊战创伤救治过程中护理人力配置及定位协作团队救护的方法。方法回顾性分析第二军医大学长征医院5次急诊战创伤模拟演练中护理人力配置方法。结果在战创伤伤员救治演练中,护理人力的调配合理、处理及时。在应对上海市某些重大事故中,人力配置得当,使得伤员快速有效地得到救治。结论合理的护理人力调配,定位协作的救护流程,职责明确的救护规范,能有效地应对战创伤等各类突发事件的救治。Objective To explore the method of nursing staff allocation and medical team positioning in e-mergency of battle inj ury.Methods Nursing staff allocation of 5 emergency trauma simulation exercises in Changzheng Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.Results Nursing manpower deployment was efficient and timely in the simulation exercises of battle inj ury.In dealing with some fatal accidents in Shanghai,the proper human allocation makes the wounded treated timely and effectively.Conclusions The emergencies,like battle inj ury,can be efficiently solved by proper nursing manpower deployment,positioning and coordination of the medical team and clearly defined re-sponsibilities.
