摘 要:设计并搭建了低温拉丝塔,以PC(聚碳酸酯)管材为预制棒制备渐变型空芯光纤基管。在基管上镀制Ag和AgI来制备柔性渐变空芯波导,该波导在3.3μm波长处具有低损耗特性。通过理论和实验探究了波导的传输特性,以甲烷作为样本气体,通过实际测量,探究了波导长度、弯曲半径和大小端入射等因素对系统特性的影响。结果表明,对于渐变型空芯波导,当光源从大端入射时能提高耦合效率,并优化系统检测极限和灵敏度;当光源从小端入射时,系统将具有更大的饱和吸收度。A low-temperature drawing-tower is designed and established to fabricate gradually tapered capillary by using poly- carbonate perform. With inner-coatings of silver (Ag) and silver iodide (AgI) layers, flexible gradually tapered hollow waveguide is made and low loss property is obtained at the wavelength of 3.3μm. Transmission characteristics of the waveguide are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The influences of waveguide length, bending radius, and incident direction on the system property are investigated by experiment of methane gas detection. The results show that the coupling efficiency increases when the light incidence from the large end, and the detection limit and the sensitivity improves. The system has higher saturated absorbance when the light incidence from the small end.
