摘  要:针对偏二甲肼(UDMH)易燃、易爆、有毒的特点,运用蒙德火灾爆炸毒性指数评价法对UDMH储库进行安全评价,确定其火灾、爆炸、毒性危险等级,为储库的安全管理提出合理依据。评价结果表明,采取安全补偿措施后,UDMH储库危险范畴由非常高降到了中等。这说明安全补偿措施对保证UDMH储库的安全稳定具有重要作用。Aiming at the flammability, explosion and toxicity characteristics of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH), the safety evaluation of UDMH storage depot was carried out by using the Mond fire and explosion toxicity index evaluation method, and its fire, explosion and toxicity hazard grades were confirmed to provide a reasonable basis for the safety management of the storage depot. The results of evaluation show that after adopting the safety compensation measures, the dangerous scope of UDMH storage depot has been reduced from very high to medium. It is shown that the safety compensation measures play an important role for ensuring the safety and stability of UDMH storage depot.
