摘 要:文章通过分析电动单梁起重机的几种不同主梁的截面类型来对电动单梁起重机进行研究,并将不同的起重机结构进行详细对比,从而了解不同结构的电动单梁起重机的优缺点。如箱形梁的特点是:其截面特性和承压性要比箱形工字的电动单梁起重机更优,其整体的构造,制作时所需要的工艺和流程也比箱形工字梁更为简便。不仅节约了制作的材料,而且机器的组装简单、使用起来也更加便利。截面为箱型的电动单梁起重机可以直接检测出待测主梁的向上拱起的度数,在生产中被更加广泛地使用。This article studies electric single girder crane mainly through the analysis of the section types of several different main girders of electric single girder crane t, and makes a detailed comparison of different girder cranes, in order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different types of electric single girder cranes. For example, the performance of box girder' s section and the ablility of bearing pressure is better than box type electric single girder crane, which not only saves the material but also has the advantages of simple assembly and convenient use. The cross section of box type electric single girder crane can directly detect the camber of the main girder, which is used more widely in production.
