宁南冷凉区球茎甘蓝栽培适应性比较研究

摘  要:为筛选适合宁南冷凉山区越夏栽培的球茎甘蓝品种,以8个球茎甘蓝品种为试材,采用随机区组试验设计,分析比较了8个品种球茎甘蓝的生物学性状及产量。结果表明:克利普利单产最高,达到55 035 kg/hm2;青秀维生素C含量最高,达到627 mg/kg;克利普利总糖含量最高,达到40 g/kg;脆嫩紫总酸含量最高为1.9 g/kg;脆嫩紫的蛋白质含量最高,达到20.0 g/kg;青秀、克沙克、克利普利在抗旱性方面表现为Ⅰ级;克利普利裂果率为0,表现最优;精耕抗黑腐病能力最强,抗病率达到100%;克沙克和克利普利抗枯萎病均为100%。综合上述结果,克利普利和青秀适合在宁夏南部山区越夏露地栽培。In order to select kohlrabi suitable in mountainous area in cool region of southern Ningxia, 8 kohlrabi varieties were chosen and random tests were carried out in this paper to compare its biological characteristics and output. Results showed that kelipuli had the highest output and total carbohydrate content, reaching 55 035 kg/hm^2 and 40 g/kg respectively. Qingxiu had the highest Vitamin C content, reaching 627 mg/kg. Cuinenzi had the highest total acid and protein, reaching 1.9 g/kg and 20.0 g/kg respectively. Qingxiu, Keshake and Kelipuli showed I level in terms of drought resistance. Fruit cracking rate of Kelipuli was 0, the best of all. Black rot resistance of Jinggeng was the best, reaching 100%. Wilt-resis-tance of Keshake and Kelipuli were 100% respectively. It was concluded that Kelipuli and Qingxiu were suitable in mountainous area of southern Ningxia.
