摘　　要：随着生产活动社会分工的进一步细化和价值链、战略性外包、工程项目管理等理论观点逐步与生产实践管理融合,煤炭生产服务业的内涵,包括概念、内部构成、特征等得到了极大丰富,同时对我国煤炭行业经济发展的影响越来越受到人们的关注。对上述内容进行了定性分析并运用VAR模型揭示我国煤炭生产服务业与行业经济可持续发展的关系发现,目前我国煤炭行业增长的主要驱动力量并非来源于高知识、高技术的煤炭生产性服务业,对煤炭生产性服务业的依赖程度不高的结论,提出将煤炭行业内部专业化服务发展成市场化经营的建议。With further refinement of the social division of production activities and value chain, strategic outsourcing, project management and other theoretical perspectives production with practice management merging gradually. The connotations of coal production services, including concept, internal structure, and characteristics was greatly enriched. And it attracted more and more people＇s attentions while its impacted on the coal industry economic development. The authors conducted a qualitative analysis of the above and used VAR model to reveal the relationship between China＇s coal production services and sectors of the economy sustainable development. Founding that China＇ s coal industry economic growth of the main driving force did not come from highly educating or high - tech coal producer services. And its＇ growth dependence on coal producer services was not high currently. Then this paper put forward the measure that the coal industry developed the inside specialized services into market operations.
