摘 要:基于中国知网2013—2015年旅游市场营销CSSCI期刊,利用文献计量学和知识图谱理论,借助Excel、Bicomb、Spss等软件,从文献学科、来源期刊、发文作者、发文机构和研究内容方面对相关文献进行词频统计、共词分析和聚类分析。结果显示:旅游学、经济学、市场学是旅游市场营销研究的主要载体;旅游市场营销研究的来源期刊具有明显的核心效应;旅游市场营销研究没有形成严格意义上的高产作者群;各大高校是发文的主力军,以四川大学、南开大学等为代表;旅游市场营销研究的主要内容较广泛,包括客源市场结构和特征、旅游者消费行为和心理、文化、互联网和旅游、旅游目的地营销策略、旅游产品的营销方式和旅游产业等方面。本研究对揭示近年来我国旅游市场营销领域的研究现状、研究热点和研究前沿具有一定的借鉴意义,不足之处将在后续研究中进行深化。Based on the data came from 216 CSSCI papers of tourism marketing indexes by CNKI from 2013 to 2015, using the theory of Bibliometry and Mapping knowledge, with the help of Excel, Bicomb and Spss and other softwares, making word frequency statistics, co - word analysis and cluster analysis of the relevant literatures from the literature subject, source journals, authors, institutions and research contents. The results showed that:Tourism science, economics, marketing etc, were the main carriers of tourism marketing research. The source journals of tourism marketing research were accord with Bradford' s law, having obvious core effect, Tourism Tribune, Resource Development & Market, Tourism Science and Guizhou Ethnic Studies were the core periodical group. Professor HUANG Zhen - fang, LI Jun - yi, FANG Ye - lin, TU Wei, LI Tian- yuan funded more stud- ies,but this 216 papers did not meet the Lotka's law and Price's law, and in the strict sense, this research area did not form a high- yield author group from 2013 to 2015. Major colleges and universities were the main force publishing articles, represented by Sichuan University and Nankai University. The main research content of tourism marketing was more extensive, including the structure and characteristics of the tourist market, tourist consumption behavior and psychology, culture, the Internet and tourism, tourism destination marketing strategy, tourism product marketing and tourism industry, etc.
