摘　　要：随着我国新型城镇化和乡村旅游的发展,民宿旅游受到高度重视。通过在中国知识资源总库、Elsevier期刊数据库等进行文献检索,系统梳理了国内外民宿旅游的研究状况。国外民宿旅游研究较成熟,主要集中在产业、企业和相关群体行为等理论角度分析;国内民宿旅游研究相对较晚,偏重实际运用,主要包括民宿社区居民与旅游者行为研究、民宿旅游发展及对策等研究。从研究对象、研究视角、研究方法角度进行评述和展望,提出未来国内研究要注重研究角度,学习国外的成功经验和思维方法,注意追踪和对比学习,这样有助于加强民宿旅游的理论研究,进一步认识和推动我国民宿旅游实践。With the development of new urbanization and rural tourism in China, B＆B tourism was highly valued. Through the literature rsearch in CNKI, Elsevier Periodical Database and so on, this paper systematically reviewed the domestic and foreign research on the B＆B tourism. Overseas research on B＆B tourism was relatively mature. Overseas research mainly focused on the theoretical analysis of industry, enterprise, related group behavior and other theoretical point of view. In contrast, the domestic research on the B＆B tourism was relatively late. And it was more emphasis on practical use. Domestic research mainly included the study of the behavior about the residents＇ community and the tourists, the development of B＆B tourism and the At the end, it reviewed and prospected from the perspective of research object, research perspective and research method. Meanwhile, this paper put forward that the future domestic research should pay more attention to the perspective of research. In the research of B＆B tourism, people should focused on learning foreign research thinking and methods. Beyond that, this paper summarized the successful experiences of foreign research and put forward the direction and suggestion of future domestic research about the paper tracking and comparative learning. For the future research, this would help to strengthen the in - depth study of B＆B tourism theory research. And it would enable more scholars to better understand and further promote our country tourism practice of B＆B tourism.
