摘  要:孔子学院作为我国对外人文交流的窗口,除了汉语教学以外多把重点放在中华传统民间文化部分的传播上,这与海外民众渴望了解中国国情文化的强烈需求相去甚远,且其在面对海外中国国情文化的负面报道时也多采取回避的态度,而中国国情文化自身的弊端也影响了孔子学院对外人文交流的开展。日本国际交流基金会之所以能在对外人文交流方面取得硕果,源于其科学全面合理的文化推广战略及良好国情文化与国家形象的支撑与推动。我们必须将中华优秀传统文化与现实并轨,着力改善当今社会问题、提高国民素养以优化国情文化与国家形象;同时,孔子学院也要积极把握中国国情话语权、肩负话语责任,这样,才能从根本上推动我国对外人文交流的长远发展。The Confucius Institute,a major window for China's cultural exchange with other countries besides its focus on the teaching of the Chinese language, places too much weight on spreading Chinese traditional culture,which cannot satisfy the overseas needs for understanding the national situations of China. It often takes an evasive attitude towards overseas negative reports of China, while some of our negative aspects also hinder the cultural exchanges conducted by the Confucius Institute. The Japan Foundation has made great achievements in its international cultural exchanges because it can implement scientific and rational promotion strategies based on a good national image and culture. We should integrate our fine traditional culture with the reality, solve the existing problems, and im- prove our national image, culture and qualities.The Confucius Institute should have the power of discourse in connection with our national situations and focus on a sustainable cultural exchanges between China and other countries.
