摘　　要：介绍了轨道客车车厢外部涂装用石墨烯改性水性配套涂料体系:水性环氧防腐底漆+柔性不饱和聚酯腻子+双组分水性聚氨酯中涂漆+双组分水性聚氨酯实色面漆和金属闪光底色漆+罩光清漆的参考配方、制备工艺、性能指标、改性机理及涂装参数。The graphene modified waterborne coatings used in exterior carriage of railway vehicles were introduced. The system included waterborne epoxy anticon＇osive primer, flexible unsaturated polyester putty, two-component waterborne polyurethane surface, two-component waterborne polyurethane solid color topcoat and metallic basecoat. The reference fon-nula, preparations, performances, modification mechanism and technical parameters were illustrated.
