摘  要:目的分析嗜水气单胞菌的临床科室分布和耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法对2011年-2015年肠道外分离的嗜水气单胞菌采用WHONET 5.6进行菌株和药物敏感性分析,数据用Excel进行统计处理。结果79株嗜水气单胞菌的标本来源以创口为主,占67.1%;临床科室分布以手外科为主,占24.1%;药物敏感性结果显示,嗜水气单胞菌对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、氨苄西林有较高的耐药率。结论嗜水气单胞菌引起的肠外感染以创口感染为主,且以中老年人和夏秋季多见。临床上治疗要根据药敏结果合理用药,减少耐药菌株的产生。机体应提升自身免疫力,避免接触污水,受天然水污染的伤口应及时清洁消毒。Objective To analyze clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Aeromonas hydrophila, so as to provide reference for the clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods WHONET 5.6 was used to analyze the strains and drug sensitivi- ty of parenteral isolated Aeromonas hydrophila during 2011 -2015, and the data were processed by Excel. Results 79 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila specimen sourced to the wound, accounted for 67.1% ; clinical distribution were mainly in department of hand surgery, accounted for 24.1% ; the results of drug sensitivity showed that Aeromonas hydrophila were high resistant to ampi- eillin/sulbactam and ampicillin. Condusion Parenteral infection caused by Aeromonas hydrophila mainly come from wound in- fection, which mainly occur in summer and autumn among elderly people. Clinical treatment should be based on the results of drug sensitivity and rational use of drugs to reduce the generation of drug - resistant strains. People should enhance their immunity to a- void contact with sewage, and the wound contaminated by water should be treated timely for cleaning and disinfection.
