摘  要:目的:评价中职学生综合性毒品预防教育课程的即刻干预效果。方法:立意选取武汉市两所中等职业学校分别作为干预和对照学校,一年级全体学生纳入研究,其中干预组490人,对照组680人。干预组接受8次1小时的"快乐成功技能课堂"学习,由课程开发人员采用互动式教学授课;对照组学生不接受任何干预。干预前后一周内分别对学生进行问卷调查。采用卡方检验、T检验、广义线性模型和广义估计方程分析数据。结果:干预方案能够有效地提升学生课程相关的知识、自我调节技能、自我强化技能、沟通技能和毒品拒绝技能;在降低学生毒品使用倾向方面取得一定效果。结论:干预方案具有预防中职学生使用毒品的潜力,为后续开展大范围干预试验奠定基础。Objective: To evaluate the immediate effectiveness of a comprehensive school-based program for preventing illicit drug use among secondary vocational students.Methods: Two secondary vocational schools were purposely selected and assigned into the intervention group and control group,with 490 and 680 grade one students in the intervention and control group,respectively. The intervention group received eight one-hour interactive sessions which were named " Skills for Happiness and Success"( SHS). All sessions of SHS were implemented by the program developers. The control group did not get any treatment. Pretest and immediate posttest measures were collected from students using a self-report,closed-ended response survey. Data were analyzed with chi-square test,T test,Generalized Linear Model( GLM) and generalized estimation equation( GEE) by SPSS 20. 0.Results: Relative to controls, intervention conditions produced greater gains in program-related knowledge,self-regulation skills,self-reinforcement skills,communication skills and drug refusal skills,as well as greater reductions in intentions to use illicit drugs.Conclusion: SHS had potential effects on preventing use of illicit drugs among secondary vocational students. This work laid the foundation for large-scale intervention trials in the future.
