摘 要:利用工业废弃物粉煤灰中的漂珠(FACs)、P·O42.5R水泥、植物蛋白发泡剂和电厂粉煤灰为原料,采用物理发泡法制备500 kg/m^3的泡沫混凝土。运用流变仪、SEM、XRD等测试方法及图像分析软件对试样气孔结构及分布进行表征,并探讨了FACs对浆体工作性、泡沫混凝土的强度及导热系数的影响。结果表明:掺2.8%FACs时的泡沫混凝土试样小于400μm孔的气孔比例为94.94%,气孔平均直径为174.39μm,28 d抗压强度达到3.38 MPa,导热系数为0.1117 W/(m·K);过量的FACs(>2.8%)会使硬化泡沫混凝土小于50μm的气孔增加,并增加开口孔隙率;掺3.5%FACs的泡沫混凝土试样28 d抗压强度为2.87 MPa,导热系数为0.1079 W/(m·K)。Foamed concrete(500 kg/m3) was prepared through a physical foaming method using fly ash cenospheres(FACs) re- covered from industrial waste,ordinary Portland cement 42.5R,vegetable protein agent and fly ash as raw materials. The performance of cement paste structure as well as distribution of air voids were characterized by rheometer, SEM,XRD analyses with image software. The effect of FACs on the working capability of cement paste,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the foamed concrete sample were also explored. Results show that the foamed concrete mixed 2.8% of FAGs could make the porosity ratio of pore distributed in less than 400μm reached 94.94%,the average pore diameter was 174.39 μm, 28 d compressive strength reached 3.38 MPa,the thermal conductivity was 0.1117 W/(m·K). The samples mixed with excess FAGs (〉2.8%) increased the porosity ratio of pore (〈50 μm) and the open porosity,the compressive strength of foamed concrete mixed 3.5% FACs at 28 d was 2.87 MPa and the thermal conductivity was 0.1079W/(m·K).
