摘  要:通过对合成工艺的优化调整研究制备2种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂PCE-A和PCE-B,反应温度为60℃,n(AA)∶n(HEA)∶n(TPEG)分别为1∶3∶1和1∶2.5∶1。通过采用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、表面张力、ζ电位、净浆和混凝土性能进行测试分析表明,PCE-A具有更低的表面张力和ζ电位,在2 h和3 h的经时净浆和混凝土性能表现更好,而PCE-B在初始和经时1 h的净浆和混凝土的性能表现更好。This article studied on the adjustment and optimization of synthetic process of preparation of two kinds of slowrelease typed polycarboxylic acid water reducer PCE-A and PCE-B under the situation of 60 ℃ reaction temperature and the mole ratio of raw material n(AA):n(HEA):n(TPEG) is respectively 1:3:1 and 1.0:2.5:1.0. The synthesized polymer is characterized by infrared spectra (IR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC),the surface tension, zeta potential, net slurry and concrete testing. It reveals that PCE-A has A lower surface tension and zeta potential,and better performance than PCE-B in 2 h and 3 h paste and concrete test,while PCE-B has better performance in initial time and lh in paste and concrete test.
