摘  要:建筑工程材料是整个工程项目的重要组成部分,在工程建设过程中,对建筑材料的有效管理,不仅能够保证建筑对象的质量,还能够降低建设成本。当前施工现场的材料管理存在着材料管理信息化程度低,管理效率低下,材料管理粗放等问题。建设项目应用BIM技术可以辅助现场管理,提高管理效率,降低材料管理成本。当多种材料需要同时在施工现场临时储存但现场空闲空间有限时,可由BIM模型提取相关空间信息,在有效识别建筑对象内、外部可用空间基础上,利用ISGP(interactive sequential goal programming交互式顺序目标规划算法)算法可以实现材料在施工现场的最优临时存储,辅助管理者进行材料管理决策。Building construction material is convinced to be of great importance to the whole project. Statistics show that construction material cost occupies large proportion(about 60% - 70% ) in the total project costs. Effective management of building materials can not only guarantee the quality of building products, but also lower the total cost as construction proceeds. Currently, material management on the construction site is faced with mass problems. Low information-based level, inefficient use of construction site and extensive material management force managers from meeting their objective of delicacy management. This paper discusses the issue, which exists in the process of management of materials with how to enhance the cost control of engineering material management. More particularly, the research put forward a method of using BIM and ISGP( interactive sequential goal programming) to address the issue when there are multiple material storage demands while limited site space available , and finally achieve the desired result of optimal temporary storage of materials on construction site. During the process, available space information and material procurement scheme would be obtained from the BIM model and related software and documents.
