摘 要:齿轮应用极为广泛,是很多机电产品的关键部件。新型微线段齿轮由于其优越的性能有望在很多应用领域替代传统的渐开线齿轮,但因缺乏系统的测试方法和技术而影响了推广应用。为能对该种新型齿轮的齿廓精度进行检测,根据其齿廓特点,利用成熟的渐开线齿轮检测方法和设备,建立了一套适用于该种齿轮的检测方法,给出了齿廓理论齿形方程,导出了使用齿轮测量中心测量时测头和装夹误差等系统误差的计算公式以及消除方法。用滚齿和磨齿工艺加工出微线段齿轮,并检测了该齿轮的齿廓误差,结果证明了测量方法的实用性。The Gears are applied widely,and are the key parts in many electric and mechanical equipments. A new kind of gears,the micro- segment gears are possible to replace involute gears in a lot of applications based on their superior performances,but they are limited in use since there are not test methods and techniques for the new gear. To be able to test the profile accuracy of the new gears,a test method is established for the gears by utilizing the current measurement method and equipment for the involute gears with considering the characteristics of the new gears,the theory equation of the new gear profile is given,some calculation formulas of systematic errors,such as the error of measuring heads and the clamping error are derived for gear measuring centers. A micro- segment gear is manufactured by hobbing and milling,and its profile error is measured,the results of the test illustrated that the measuring method for the micro- segment gear profile is practical.
