连铸中间罐车重载滚珠丝杠升降副的接触分析

摘　　要：为了保证中间罐车重载滚珠丝杠升降副结构的安全可靠,并且具有足够的强度、刚度,利用有限元软件ANSYS对滚珠丝杠副进行接触静力学分析,并探讨了接触角、载荷对滚珠丝杠副应力及变形的影响。结果表明,滚珠丝杠副的最大应力为1 093.7 MPa小于结构的许用应力,其满足刚度与强度的要求;滚珠丝杠副的接触应力及变形随接触角的增大逐渐减小,随载荷的增大而增大。In order to guarantee the structural safety and reliability as well as sufficient strength and stiffness of heavy load ball screw assembly of tundish car,the contact statics analysis of the ball screw assembly is conducted by the finite element software ANSYS,and the impact of contact angle and load on the stress and deformation of ball screw assembly is explored. The results show that the maximum stress of the ball screw assembly is 1093. 7 MPa,which is smaller than the allowable stress of the structure and therefore satisfies the requirements of stiffness and strength. Moreover,the contact stress and deformation of the ball screw assembly decreases with the increasing of the contact angle and increases with the increasing of the load.
