摘  要:采用加速度计测量291名20~69岁(平均44.9±10.8岁)上海市成年人(128名男性,163名女性)的步数以及静坐、低、中、高强度活动时间。除洗澡、游泳、睡觉时间段外,受试者连续佩戴加速度计7天(包括5个工作日和2个周末日),测试期间不改变习惯性活动模式。研究表明:1)上海市成年人平均每天步数为8 917步;1周各天间步数存在较大差异;组合3天步数与1周均值的相关分析表明,3天数据能可靠反映日常体力活动水平;2)女性每天步数均值高于男性;30~44岁和45~59岁组高于60岁以上组(P<0.05);正常和超重人群显著多于肥胖组;3)周末日步数均值显著低于工作日;工作日步数在上班、午休和下班时间累积达峰值;周末日步数最高值出现在8:00~12:00和16:00~20:00;4)成年人每小时中、高以及极高强度体力活动时间占比均不足6%,静坐时间最高值出现在下午和晚上。上海市成年人每天步数显著低于欧美发达国家日步行推荐量,应低强度活动(站立或步行),减少静坐。Daily step counts and minutes respectively spent sedentary,light,moderate,vigorous activities of 291 adults(128 males,163 females)aged at 20-69(average 44.9 ± 10.8 yrs)were measured by wearing an accelerometer for seven consecutive days(including 5 weekdays and 2weekends)except bathing,showing,swimming or sleeping,and the participants didn't change their habitual activity patterns during the test period.The average walking steps of adults per day was 8 917;There was a significant difference in steps reported on each day of the week;the high correlations between the mean steps of 3 combination days and a week was suggested that 3-days data can provide the sufficient estimate of daily physical activity levels.The average walking steps of women was higher than that men,the 30-44 and 45-59 age groups accumulated significantly higher daily step counts than people over 65(P〈0.05).The steps per day of the normal weight group and the overweight group was significant higher than the obesity group.Adults walked significantly more steps during weekdays than weekends.During weekdays,the greatest amount of steps was accumulated on lunch break and after work.The highest value of daily walking steps was at 8:00~12:00 and 16:00~20:00 on the weekend.The percentage of time spent moderate,vigorous and very vigorous physical activity per hour was all less than 6%.The highest value of sedentary time was in the afternoon and evening.The daily walking steps of adults in Shanghai was significantly lower than that recommended by European and American developed countries.Light activities(e.g.standing or walking)should displace sitting.
