《德伯家的苔丝》人物形象浅析——从基督教伦理视角出发

摘　　要：托马斯·哈代是英国横跨两个世纪的著名的小说家、诗人,他的诗歌开拓了英国20世纪文学,小说更是继承、发扬了维多利亚时代的文学传统。托马斯·哈代是英国文学史上一座丰碑,他一生共创作了二十多部长篇小说,《德伯家的苔丝》《还乡》《无名的裘德》等名著都出自他手。《德伯家的苔丝》是托马斯·哈代的代表作品,这部家喻户晓的作品因为包含着深刻的基督教伦理思想而展现出了极为丰富的宗教内涵。从基督教伦理视角出发分析小说主人翁苔丝,能够帮助读者了解维多利亚时代的宗教信仰、了解作者托马斯·哈代对宗教信仰所持有的态度,进而更深刻的认识名著《德伯家的苔丝》。Thomas hardy is a famous British novelistopened up the British literature of the 20th century, thean literature tradition. Thomas hardy is a monument in and poet across two centuries. His poems have novel is to inherit and carry forward the Victori-English literature, he wrote more than twenty nov-els, ＂Tess of the＂, ＂return home＂, ＂Jude the obscure＂ and other classics from his hand. ＂Tess of the＂ is repre-sentative works of Thomas hardy, the household works because of Christian ethics thought contains profoundshowed abundant religious connotation. Based on Christian ethics Angle of view, this paper around the novelTess analysis, hoping to help the reader understand the Victorian religious beliefs, understand the writer Thomashardy＇s attitude toward religion held by, and more profound understanding of the classics of the Tess.
