摘　　要：大学生的创新创业能力素质直接关系到国家创新体系建设和以创新驱动发展战略的实施,加速并强化创新创业教育,全面提升人才培养质量,是高校服务国家经济社会发展需求的重大使命。现阶段人才供给质量不高的根本原因并不完全是知识教育不够,而是大学生的创新创业能力素质不高。社会化教育可以有效提升大学生的创新创业能力素质,重视并强化对大学生的社会化教育,是深化创新创业教育改革,有效提升人才供给质量的重要途径。The development of abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is directly related to the construction of national innovation system and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. Accelerating and strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education and improving the quality of personnel training are the important missions of university in serving the national economic and social development. At present, the fundamental reason for the low quality of talent supply is that the quality of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship is not high, not totally because of incomplete knowledge education. Socialized education can effectively enhance the quality of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship, attach importance to and strengthen the socialized education of college students, which is an important way to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of talent supply.
