摘  要:当今时代的人才竞争是情商与智商的双重竞争,用人单位对毕业生的情商素质也提出了更高的要求。但是,受到应试教育的影响,传统教育模式重智商培养而轻情商教育,当代大学生的情商现状堪忧。本文基于对当代大学生情商问题现状的深入分析,探寻当代大学生的情商教育途径。The talent competition in the contemporary era is the dual-competition of emotional quotient and intelligence quotient, so employers have put forward higher requirements for graduates' emotional quotient. But affected by examination-oriented education, more importance is attached to the cultivation of intelligence quotient in traditional education, instead of emotional quotient, making the current situation of college students' emotional quotient less impressive. Based on a deep analysis on the current situation of contemporary college students' emotional quotient, this paper seeks the ways of its improvement.
