浅论中国古代的基层行政区划与里正

摘　　要：文章从历史的角度探讨中国古代的基层行政区划,并介绍了中国古代基层区划单位管理的执行者——里正的设置、管理职责范围及其历代发展变化、待遇等。As early as in Zhou Dynasty, the government already had the administrative consciousness of regional division. There were about 100 families in each Li which used to be a normal community unit in ancient China. And Li zhang alias Li yin, Li zheng, was the director who took charge of community population management, settling the neighborhood dispute, supervising taxes and corvee, etc.
