双微导管技术在颅内动脉瘤栓塞中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究患有颅内动脉瘤栓塞的患者实施双微导管技术的临床治疗效果。方法收集我院接受治疗的颅内动脉瘤栓塞患者13例,使用双微导管技术治疗方案进行治疗,治疗完成后总结与分析治疗效果。结果使用双微导管技术治疗方案效果显著,其动脉瘤内微弹簧圈填塞率在27%~43%,其中造影复查后发现动脉瘤完全闭塞有9例,动脉瘤90%闭塞有3例,动脉瘤仍有部分残留1例。结论对颅内动脉瘤栓塞的患者实施双微导管技术具有较好的安全性,操作简单方便,术后并发症少,手术适应范围较广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization with double micro catheter technique. Methods 13 patients with intracranial aneurysms embolization treated in our hospital were treated with double micro catheter technique. After the completion of treatment, treatment effect was analyzed. Results The use of double micro catheter technology treatment effect was remarkable, the aneurysm microcoil filling ratio between 27% to 43%, After angiography examination, 9 cases of complete aneurysm occlusion were found. There were 90% aneurysm occlusion in 3 cases, and there were still some residual aneurysms in the aneurysm in 1 cases. Conclusion The inquiry found that the implementation of double catheter technique is effective and safe for patients with embolization of intracranial aneurysm patients, simple operation, less postoperative complications, to adapt to a wide range for surgery.
