摘　　要：目的分析消化内镜护理风险控制过程中应用PDCA的可行性。方法对我院2015年6—2016年5月实施PDCA的风险管理质量进行分析,探讨其操作考试、仪器医学、岗位管理、护理安全、消毒隔离等护理风险指标的相关变化。结果实施后风险管理质量明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA能够提高消化内镜护理风险控制的风险管理质量,临床应用价值极高。Objective To analYze the feasibility of applying PDCA in the risk control of digestive endoscopy. Methods From June 2015 to May 2016, to implement PDCA quality of risk management were analyzed,and discussed its operation examination,medical instrument, post management,nursing safety, disinfection,isolation and other related nursing risk index of the change. Results After the implementation of risk management, the quality was significantly higher than before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PDCA can increase the risk of digestive endoscopy nursing risk control management quality, high value for clinical application.
