挤密灌浆法(CGS)在已有建筑物增层改造中地基加固补强中的应用

摘　　要：新扩建6层裙房工程,拟建在原有人防地下室上面,在不拆除原有人防地下室的情况下,对原有构筑物桩基、地板下地基进行挤密灌浆,使原有构筑物桩基和地基承载力提高3倍,满足新扩建6层裙房承载力要求。The expansion of 6 storey podium engineering, which is expected to be built on the original civil air defense basement.Under the condition of without removing the existing civil air defense basement, compaction grouting is carded out on the pile foundation and floor of the original structure to increase the pile foundation and foundation beating capacity of the original building by 3 times,and meet the new requirements of beating capacity expansion of 6 storey podium.
